MILITARY-RADIOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF THE SPATIAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE ABSORBED DOSE OF PULSED GAMMA-NEUTRON RADIATION
Summory. In order to optimize radiological principles of military radiation safety systems this paper examines possible ways of accounting the spatial distribution of the absorbed dose by assessment of the uneven irradiation rate.
A comparative evaluation of the doses ratio of neutron and gamma radiation was conducted, and obtained dependence of unevenness factor and the reduction index of biological effect which depended on distance from the center of the explosion of different types of ammunition. In general, irradiation of the human body in a field of pulsed gamma-neutron radiation of neutron ammunition is much more uniform than in the cases of irradiation in the explosion of thermonuclear ammunition. Functional of distribution of dose load depends on the ratio y/n components, which is dependns on the distance from the center of a nuclear explosion, on the presence of the scattered radiation; onthe spectral features of the type of ammunition (the presence of capture gamma radiation in the air and soil); on human orientation in a field of gamma-neutron radiation; on the human body screening Keywords: gamma-neutron flux of penetrating radiation, unevenness of irradiation.

CONTENT OF CIRCULATING IMMUNE COMPLEXES IN PATIENTS WITH THYROID CANCER OF ALL AGES WITH METASTASES TO LUNGS IN THE COURSE OF RADIOIODINE THERAPY
Summary. The present article is dealing with the data of a comparative analysis of the content of circulating immune complexes in blood serum of patients of different age with thyroid cancer, depending on the presence of distant metastases. 267 patients have been followed, who were divided into groups depending on the presence of metastases to lungs and age: from 7 to 18 years; from 19 to 40 and from 41 to 75 years. Control groups consisted of donors of corresponding age and gender. With the aim of destruction of residual thyroid tissue and metastasis treatment, therapeutic radioiodine activities from 2000 to 6000 MBq were used. Testing of circulating immune complexes was performed on the eve of radioiodine administration and in six days, one and six months after radioiodine therapy. It has been shown that in patients with thyroid cancer, regardless of age and presence of distant metastases, radioiodine therapy leads to a reliable increase in the amount of immune complexes, with a maximum level of their production one month after radioiodine administration. In the context of radioiodine therapy, peculiarities of antigen-antibody complex formation in patients of all ages were revealed.

IMPLEMENTATION OF MODERN TECHNOLOGY IN PRACTICE RADIOTHERAPY IN CANCER PATIENTS
Summary. The article describes the basic steps improve radiation therapy (RT) in cancer patients. The choice of a rational plan for radiation therapy and accuracy of its display during each exposure by 25 % to the success of radiotherapy. In order to solve the main task RT — summing up the dose to the tumor tumorotsidnoy at the lowest possible pressure on the surrounding healthy tissue — requires an individualized approach to the implementation of all parts of the technological chain: choice of external beam radiotherapy, conducting qualitative before radiotherapy topometricheskoy patient preparation, plan, calculation of exposure, summing up to a maximum dose to the biological target. In today’s radiology clinic for quality before radiotherapy training necessary to use a simulator, CT scanner, the computer system of 2D or 3D volumetric planning target irradiation, that is — the source of the tumor.

PREVENTION RADIATION REACTIONS AS WELL AS PREVENTION OF LATE COMPLICATIONS OF CHEMORADIOTHERAPY FOR CERVICAL CANCER
Summary. Reduction of early radiation reactions as well as prevention of late complications are done by using of modern topometric training technologies, personal computer planning and correct implementation of the planned combining radiotherapy course. Dynamic monitoring, medicamental prevention and timely correction of treatment programs helps to ensure that the conduct of chemoradiotherapy to patients with locally advanced cervical cancer does not increase the toxicity of radiation reactions and the appearance of complications from critical organs and tissues. Chemoradiotherapy has been done to 298 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer IIB-IIIB tumor stage (T2b-3bN0-1M0) by developed methods of the complex conservative therapy. These methods are based on individual planning of radiotherapy on the criterion of not exceeding the level of tolerance for a normal tissues. Also there were evaluated the severities of general and local chemoradiation reactions from the «critical» organs and systems. The datas which represented in the article are indicating: the usage of radiomodifying doses of cytostatic medicaments during combined radiotherapy technologies that has been developed by us, do led to increasing of the number and severity of toxic effects just till 2nd level, but not over that value. Local application of hyaluronic acid, is safe and effective therapy to prevent and treat of the radiation-induced cystitis.

INFLUENCE OF TISSUE INHOMOGENEITIES OF THE TUMOR ON THE QUALITY OF RADIATION TREATMENT PLANNING
Summary. We conducted a clinical study has shown the presence of tumor tissues sections of extremely small dimensions with pronounced heterogeneity in density. These sites are distributed spatially relative to each other of the type «honeycomb», when areas with a high density alternating with areas of low density. The small size, the nature of the spatial distribution, a large density gradient can create problematic conditions for realization of optimal radiation therapy plan.

CLINICAL CASE OF RADIATION INJURY DUE TO ANGIOGRAPHY
Summary. Local radiation injuries may complicate the conduct of procedures in diagnostic and interventional radiology. In recent years there is an increase of radiation injuries due to more extensive use of them in cardiac surgery practice. In some cases, the cause of these complications may be explained by the individual characteristics of the patient, and by re-conduct of such intervention in one patient. We present a clinical case supervision of local radiation injury in cardiac surgery practice with repeated angiography and stenting.
